Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Litigation Lawyer with relevant experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle and manage legal cases across different courts.
• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Prepare legal documentation and maintain case files.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Conduct negotiations and develop dispute resolution strategies.
• Analyze legal issues and formulate litigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent degree.
• Bar Council registration is preferred.
• Experience in law, legal issues, and litigation is advantageous.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and document preparation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines under pressure.

Salary/Stipend
