Chamber of Prakash K. Pandya is hiring a Lawyer for non-litigation work with 2-3 years of experience to join its office in Borivali West, Mumbai. The role focuses on corporate law, insolvency matters, and regulatory compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle corporate law and compliance matters.
• Manage insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Work on alternative dispute resolution cases.
• Draft and review contracts and legal documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Occasional court appearances for candidates with Sanad.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Preference for candidates residing in Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, or other Western Suburbs.
