Emerge Legal is hiring a Real Estate Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to property matters.
- Conduct legal research and analyse property-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare legal reports and assist clients with property-related legal matters.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required.
- Additional certifications or postgraduate degrees in Real Estate or Contract Law are an advantage.
- Expertise in contract drafting, vetting, redlining, and negotiation.
- Strong skills in legal research, property title search, and preparing legal reports.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, land acquisition processes, and property documentation.
- Experience in due diligence, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution related to real estate matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and tools with strong analytical capabilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in real estate law, is advantageous.
