Details of the Job/Internship
Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring Lawyers with 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate matters to join its Mumbai office. The role involves handling real estate transactions, including drafting and vetting legal agreements, conducting title due diligence, providing RERA advisory, and drafting transaction documents. The position offers a varied and challenging work environment with remuneration commensurate with experience and skill set.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet legal agreements related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct title due diligence.
- Provide advisory services under RERA.
- Draft and review real estate transaction documents.
- Handle real estate matters independently with minimal supervision.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate matters at a reputed law firm.
- Experience in drafting and vetting legal agreements related to real estate transactions.
- Experience in conducting title due diligence and RERA advisory.
- Strong academic and professional credentials.
- Excellent analytical, legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
