Izmo Ltd is hiring a Lawyer – Specialist in Image Copyright Infringement with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Bengaluru South. This work-from-office role involves reviewing and analysing image copyright infringement matters across digital platforms, conducting research on copyright law, fair use and licensing, drafting legal notices and briefs, collaborating with internal teams on image rights compliance, and supporting litigation strategy and settlement identification.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and analyse image copyright infringement cases across digital platforms.
- Conduct legal research on copyright law, fair use, and licensing.
- Draft legal notices, briefs, and demand communications.
- Collaborate with creative and internal teams on image rights and compliance.
- Support litigation strategy and identify settlement opportunities.
Eligibility
- LL.B. graduate from a reputed institution.
- 3–5 years of experience in intellectual property law with preference for copyright focus.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working with international clients globally.
