A A R N A SC LEGAL, Relief and Justice, Law Firm is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal advisory and consultation services across various areas such as Arbitration, Real estate law, Commercial law, Civil law, Contract law, Criminal law, Employment and Labor law, Family law, Company setup, and Debt collection.
• The role will involve providing legal assistance to individuals, businesses, organizations, and corporate clients.

Eligibility

• Knowledge and experience in Arbitration, Real estate law, Commercial law, Civil law, Contract law, Criminal law, Employment and Labor law, Family law, Company setup, Debt collection;
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities;
• Legal degree from a reputable institution
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience in handling diverse legal cases;
• Excellent drafting skills.
