Alpine Ventures is hiring a Lawyer / Legal Intern to join their office in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting legal documentation, compliance, and restructuring across family, trust, property, and corporate domains. The work includes drafting and reviewing documents, conducting research on property and revenue matters, analysing court orders and government records, and preparing legal briefs and analytical reports.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting family settlements and HUF structuring documents.
- Reviewing trust deeds, trustee appointments, and compliance requirements.
- Assisting in corporate restructuring of family-owned entities.
- Conducting legal research on property, land, revenue, title, and probate matters.
- Reading, analysing, and summarising court orders and government records.
- Preparing legal chronologies, briefs, and analytical reports.
- Organising and managing large sets of legal and archival documents.
- Drafting internal notes, memos, and research summaries.
Eligibility
- LLB graduates, LLM students, and recent law graduates.
- Comfortable working on complex and document-heavy matters.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage layered and large-volume documentation.
- Interest in family, trust, corporate, and property law.
- High standards of confidentiality, precision, and accountability.
