Arti Dattaram & Associates, based in Mumbai, is seeking a Lawyer to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing various agreements and contracts.
• Providing legal advice and support on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters.
• Assisting in corporate law compliance and governance.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Assisting in due diligence activities.
• Liaising with clients and external stakeholders.
• Supporting in legal documentation and filings.
• Assisting in dispute resolution and litigation matters when necessary.
• Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with Sanad
• PQE: 1-3 years experience
