Details of the Job/Internship

Arti Dattaram & Associates is hiring for the position Lawyer to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory services on matters related to corporate laws, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Handle legal aspects of corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Advise clients on labour laws, employment-related issues, and workplace policies.
• Manage IPR-related filings, including trademarks and copyrights
• Conduct legal research, prepare opinions, and stay updated on legislative changes.
• Assist in litigation matters and coordinate with external counsels when required.
• Ensure end-to-end compliance management for clients across sectors.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Bar Council of India.
• Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts, Labour Law, and IPR.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and negotiation.
• Experience in handling litigation and advisory matters.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Self-driven, with a proactive and client-focused approach.

Salary/Stipend
