Details of the Job/Internship
ASAP LEGAL is hiring for the position of Lawyer to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients across a range of matters.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and opinions.
- Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support cases and advice.
- Prepare legal briefs, case summaries, and client communications.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in dispute resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of Delhi (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department (preferred).
- Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and legal analysis.
- Experience in litigation, client representation, and case handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
