Banyan Lawkriti is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and review legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice.
• Evaluate legal issues and prepare legal strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to handle complex legal cases.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Strong knowledge of legal research, case analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and legal consultation skills.
• Ability to advise on civil, criminal, and corporate law matters.
• Proficiency in analysing contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Adherence to ethical practices and professional standards.
• Experience in handling matters under PMLA and PC Act is preferred.
