Details of the Job/Internship
Biocon Biologics is hiring for a Legal Role with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Negotiating, drafting, reviewing, vetting, and finalizing global contracts.
- Handling litigations, disputes, civil, criminal, arbitration matters in India and abroad.
- Supporting licensing, permits, and capability centre functions in the pharma industry.
- Conducting legal research and providing legal opinions.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely agreement closure.
- Strategizing and advising business teams on key issues.
- Driving legal projects including process improvements and contract repository management.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Graduate from a reputed law college (BA LLB/BSL LLB/LLM).
- Strong negotiation, articulation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and engage with senior management.
- Understanding of pharma industry, especially emerging markets.
- Leadership skills and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
