Burgeon Law is hiring a Lawyer with experience of 5 to 8 years to join their office in New Delhi.

• Team: Corporate and Commercial.

Eligibility

• Overall and broadly, a candidate with 5-8 years of relevant experience with drafting, negotiating,advising and handling legal due diligence,investment/ business transactions and structuring thereof, commercial contracts, advisory and compliance requirements in respect of corporate,insolvency and exchange control laws, rules and regulations, etc. would be ideal.
• Prior experience with a reputed law firm is an added advantage but not astrict requirement.

Salary/Stipend
