CA Pritam Mahure and Associates is hiring a Lawyer to join their team in Mumbai. The role involves hands-on legal work, including drafting, advisory, compliance, and litigation support, while working closely with business and advisory teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, notices, and legal documents.
• Handling legal opinions, compliance matters, and regulatory interpretations.
• Supporting litigation matters, including drafting, coordination with advocates, and follow-ups.
• Representing or assisting before authorities, tribunals, or courts, as applicable.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with LL.B. or LL.M.
• Relevant legal experience.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Ability to explain legal positions in clear, business-friendly language.
• Good judgment, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a professional services environment.

Salary/Stipend
