CDHORIZON Middle East is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Dubai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Capable of drafting contracts and agreements and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Prepare contractual and commercial risk assessments for requests for proposals and provide support during the pre-tendering stage.
- Knows Local contracts and relevant economy Laws intending to combine with business target and propose risk control scenarios.
- Review employment contracts and advise the HR department on same.
- Participate in Project management and provide practical scenarios for avoiding risks and help business promotion.
- Optimize company business internal procedure legalized, and suggestions, assess and supervise risks.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions related to countries the company already operates in as well as new jurisdictions and growth markets.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing contracting processes, revise existing procedures and/or templates or draft new ones.
- Provide other legal advice.
- Recommending law firms.
- Assistance in related legal matters in UAE and Oman.
- Tasks assigned by both the line manager and the overseas legal and compliance department.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law.
- Proven experience as a Lawyer.
- Experience with heavy Machinery is preferable.
- Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.
- Valid driver’s license.
