Details of the Job/Internship
Constellation Blu is hiring a Transaction Lawyer with experience of 3–6 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely on M&A and PE/VC deals.
- Draft and negotiate investment documents including SHA, SSA, and SPA.
- Advise early-stage and growth-stage companies on legal and strategic matters.
- Engage directly with founders, investors, and stakeholders across the ecosystem.
Eligibility
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience or relevant experience in PE/VC or corporate transactions.
- Strong grasp of company law, FDI regulations, and deal documentation.
- Aspiration to grow into a leadership role in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Keen interest in startups, innovation, and the business of law.
