Details of the Job/Internship

Cornerstone Properties is hiring a Lawyer on a contract basis to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents and contracts related to property law.
Ensure compliance with applicable property laws and regulations.
Manage legal risk and resolve property disputes.
Provide strategic legal advice to support company operations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate legal documentation and timelines.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with professional licensure to practice in India.
Proficiency in property law, contract drafting, and dispute resolution.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, compliance, and risk management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience in real estate, land acquisition, or related sector is advantageous.
Commitment to ethical practices and professional standards.
