Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of Appeals, Petitions, Written Statements,Claims, Legal Notices, etc.
- Appearing before HC, NCLAT, NCLT, DRT and District Courts.
- Legal Research.
Eligibility
- 1-2 years' experience (Commercial Litigation & Arbitration)
