Estalvis Advisors Pvt Ltd is hiring a lawyer to join them in Greater Kolkata Area office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Support in handling legal matters related to banking regulations, loans, and financial transactions.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on legal implications of business activities.
• Assist in resolving disputes and managing litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in risk management and legal compliance audits.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized institution (freshers).
• Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary/Stipend
