Gauri Law Chambers is hiring a Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court or other legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to clients.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Represent clients in court proceedings or other legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and other legal teams.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to cases or industries.
Eligibility
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and analysing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Strong legal research, case law analysis, and interpretation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.
- Knowledge of legal compliance, regulations, and case management processes.
- Problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple cases or projects simultaneously.
- LLB degree or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certifications or specialisations in relevant legal domains are an advantage.
- Prior legal experience or expertise in corporate law, litigation, or intellectual property law is desirable.
