Details of the Job/Internship

Gautam Law Chambers is hiring a Lawyer with experience of 5 years to join their office in Nokha Mandi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Lawyer will be responsible for handling criminal cases, civil litigation, and corporate matters, and providing legal advisory services across various sectors. The role involves representing clients in District Courts, High Courts, RERA, NCLT, and Lok Adalat, with a focus on quashing of FIRs, trial proceedings, appeals, and more.

Eligibility

• Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Litigation Expertise.
• Experience in handling white-collar crimes, economic offenses, banking frauds, and intellectual property rights.
• Knowledge of International Commercial Arbitrations and Cyber Laws.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bar Council registration and a valid license to practice law in India.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice
