Details of the Job/Internship

Gautam Law Chambers is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Rajasthan.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Lawyer will be responsible for handling litigation matters throughout India, including District Courts, High Courts, RERA, NCLT, and Lok Adalat. Day-to-day tasks include quashing FIRs, bails, trial representation, criminal complaints, white-collar crimes, and economic offenses.

Eligibility

• Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Litigation skills
• Experience in handling banking frauds, money laundering, and intellectual property rights cases
• Knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, SARFESSEI Law, and Telecom sector regulations
• Ability to handle complex legal questions and provide strategic advice
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience in dealing with international commercial arbitrations and cyber laws
• Law degree from a recognized institution with relevant bar admissions

Salary/Stipend
