Global Group is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support on a wide range of matters related to industrial construction and real estate.
• Their day-to-day tasks will include contract drafting and negotiation, legal research, ensuring compliance with regulations, risk assessment, and dispute resolution, RERA/RERA compliance.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of contract law, real estate law,and construction law.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work colaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• License to practice law in India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
