Details of the Job/Internship
Pingbix is hiring a Lawyer (with HR and Strategic Alliances Support responsibilities) with 1–2 years of experience to join their Bangalore office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice on corporate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Develop and monitor HR policies aligned with legal requirements.
- Provide advisory support on employment contracts and HR legal matters.
- Identify and negotiate with potential strategic partners and alliances.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to support mutual growth.
- Conduct regular HR audits and provide training on HR compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong grasp of contract law, compliance matters, and partnership agreements.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English (written and spoken).
- Must be a resident of Bangalore, Karnataka.
