Details of the Job/Internship

Hyperloop Consultancy Group is hiring a Legal Intern / Fresher Lawyer to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review MOUs, Redevelopment Agreements, Powers of Attorney, and Legal Opinions.
• Conduct legal research on CHS laws, RERA, MHADA, CIDCO, and SRA Acts.
• Prepare notices, NOCs, affidavits, resolutions, and conveyance-related documents.
• Liaise with advocates, societies, developers, and government offices.
• Assist in preparing legal due diligence reports and maintaining case files.
• Translate and interpret legal documents in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Eligibility

• Completed or pursuing LL.B / BBA LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
• Freshers and final-year students can apply.
• Fluency in Marathi (read, write, and speak) is compulsory.
• Preference for candidates familiar with CHS Laws, MHADA, SRA, CIDCO, and Redevelopment Regulations.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
