Jaisur & Associates is looking for a candidate for the position of Lawyer to join them at their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Advocate will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The Advocate will also liaise with clients, legal colleagues, and other stakeholders to facilitate the management and resolution of legal matters.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and protocols.
- Legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Client management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Admitted to the bar and holding a valid license to practice law.
- Prior experience in the legal industry, especially in litigation or corporate law, is advantageous.
