Details of the Job/Internship
JSA is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of experience in disputes to join their Energy and Infrastructure practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation, arbitration, and regulatory disputes in the energy and infrastructure sector.
- Draft pleadings, written submissions, legal opinions, and case strategies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on energy laws, regulations, and dispute matters.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
- Review and analyse energy project agreements, including power purchase agreements and related documents.
- Work with partners and clients to develop dispute resolution strategies.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of experience in disputes with exposure to the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills with experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
