Details of the Job/Internship
Juristi Legal LLP is hiring a Core Litigation Advocate with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their office at Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, West Delhi. This is a full-time, in-office role, Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, including writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, evidence, rejoinders, and arbitration claims/defenses.
- Represent clients before district courts, high courts, the Supreme Court, tribunals, appellate forums, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and vet documents to develop case strategies.
- Manage end-to-end litigation processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of core litigation experience in Business, Civil, Commercial, Corporate, and Industrial Law.
- Outstanding drafting and legal research skills.
- Strong courtroom presence with persuasive advocacy.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-centric approach.
- Ability to strategize, make swift decisions, and perform under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Preference for candidates residing in or near Dabri Mod, West Delhi, or South West Delhi.
