Kathpalia & Partners is hiring a Lawyer with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves working on high-value arbitration matters, with a focus on drafting and representation in arbitration proceedings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling high-value arbitration matters.
• Drafting pleadings, statements of claim/defence, witness statements, and written submissions.
• Representing clients in arbitration proceedings and related matters.

Eligibility

Candidates with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience, strong drafting skills, and a keen interest in arbitration.

Salary/Stipend
