Details of the Job/Internship
Lawgical Associates is hiring a Senior Associate – Employment, Labour Law & PoSH with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience to join its Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and refine employment contracts, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Advise clients on wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour compliance, and New Labour Codes.
- Act as an external PoSH committee member and lead investigations and internal committee inquiries.
- Ensure PoSH compliance for organisations.
- Represent clients before labour courts and tribunals and support litigation and ADR matters.
- Conduct PoSH and workplace compliance workshops and training sessions.
- Carry out compliance audits and policy reviews to strengthen workplace governance.
Eligibility
- Five to ten years of post-qualification experience in labour and employment law.
- Strong litigation and advisory experience in employment and labour matters.
- Hands-on expertise in PoSH compliance and workplace investigations.
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to present complex statutory issues in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Strategic and collaborative professional approach.
