Legalite Advisors is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory services across a range of practice areas.
- Offer pre- and post IPO advisory.
- Provide in-house counseling for fintech clients.
- Frequently visit client offices to work closely with their in-house legal teams.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in capital markets, pre and post IPO advisory, corporate law, fintech laws, and funding transactions.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and FEMA regulations.
- Skills in legal due diligence and policy drafting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
