Details of the Job/Internship
LexStart Partners is hiring an Associate – VC Transactions with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end VC transaction processes.
- Support drafting, reviewing, and closing deal-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and investors during transactions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the deal cycle.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in VC transactions.
- Prior work experience in a law firm is mandatory.
