Details of the Job/Internship

Mercor is hiring a Lawyer for Legal AI Dataset Projects on a contract basis for 3 months. The role is remote with a weekly commitment of 10–20 hours and compensation of $90–$110 per hour.

Role and Responsibilities

• Label and organize legal and financial documents as per project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of compiled materials.
• Follow structured documentation processes to meet quality standards.
• Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• In the final year of law school.
• Minimum 3 years of active practicing experience in the USA.
• Familiarity with USA legal and regulatory document sources.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
