Details of the Job/Internship
MUZZARI is hiring a Junior Lawyer with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and internal memos.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to assist in litigation and advisory work.
- Support senior lawyers in case preparation, due diligence, and client interaction.
- Attend court hearings, client meetings, and negotiations as required.
- Maintain and update case files and documentation in an organized manner.
- Liaise with external legal counsel.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification.
- Membership in a recognized Bar Association.
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Expertise in providing legal advice and conducting legal research.
- Skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Experience in handling corporate legal matters, such as contract negotiation and intellectual property.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
