NAFFCO is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Unnao.
The role involves providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting internal departments, managing legal proceedings, and advising on risk management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, labor, and regulatory laws.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and manage litigation-related activities.
- Provide guidance on legal risks, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address legal matters affecting operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, labor law, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in insurance, property, and intellectual property matters is preferred.
- Excellent legal research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Unnao and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
