Naukripay group is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• Representing clients: Lawyers represent individuals, businesses, and government agencies in legal matters and disputes. They can defend or prosecute clients in court, or offer legal representation at arbitration or mediation hearings.
• Advising clients: Lawyers provide legal advice, explain the law, and help clients resolve problems.
• Drafting legal documents: Lawyers draft, review, and manage documents such as contracts, wills, trusts, estates, and deeds.
• Conducting legal research: Lawyers research applicable laws and regulations and gather evidence.
• Ensuring compliance: Lawyers ensure that companies comply with laws and regulations. They may also manage regulatory and compliance-related services. 
• Preparing for court: Lawyers prepare pleadings and notices and make appearances in court.
