Neuraleap Technology Group is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Represent clients in court during trials and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and favorable terms for clients.
• Manage and organize case files and documentation.
• Prepare legal arguments and present cases in a persuasive manner.
• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on corporate compliance and regulation.
• Perform due diligence for various legal matters.
• Assist clients in navigating regulatory issues.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Conduct client interviews to gather relevant case information.
• Advocate for clients’ best interests in various legal situations.

Eligibility

• Jurisdictions govern, Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state or federal jurisdiction.
• Proven experience as a practicing attorney or legal advisor.
• Strong understanding of legal principles, case law, and procedures.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse client groups.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• Experience in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and ethical judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of specific legal areas, such as corporate, criminal, or family law.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
