Details of the Job/Internship

Neuraleap Technology Group is hiring for the position of Lawyer with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and business decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including contracts and agreements.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Provide expert legal advice on rights, obligations, risks, and compliance issues.
• Prepare legal arguments, case briefs, and opinions on diverse legal matters.
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure alignment with current legal standards.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and timely communication.
• Support internal teams with legal risk assessments and compliance strategies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of legal and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal aspects of business operations.
• Assist in land acquisition-related legal work (if applicable). 

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification; licensed to practice law in India.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong grasp of Indian legal frameworks, especially commercial and technology law.
• Exceptional legal research and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• High standards of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and databases.
• Interest in the intersection of law and emerging technologies.
