Parakram Legal is hiring an Associate with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on company law and FEMA.
• Work on venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions.
• Demonstrate ownership and precision in legal work.

Eligibility

• PQE of 4–5 years.
• Experience in advising on company law and FEMA.
• Prior work on VC/PE transactions and mergers & acquisitions.
• Trustworthy and detail-focused.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
