Pingbix is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves legal advisory, HR policy development, and managing strategic business partnerships.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on various business matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Handle litigation and manage external legal counsel.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Advise management on HR-related legal issues.
• Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide training on HR policies and legal compliance.
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships.
• Negotiate terms for collaborations and manage partner relationships.
• Monitor partnership performance and recommend improvements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Proven experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English (both written and spoken).
• Resident of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Salary/Stipend
