Pingbix is looking for a candidate for the role of Lawyer.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal support and advice to the company on various business matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and manage external legal counsel as necessary.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Advise management on HR-related legal issues, including employment contracts, disciplinary
- actions, and workplace disputes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR policies are adhered to and remain effective.
- Provide training and guidance to management and staff on HR policies and compliance matters.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners and alliances that align with the company goals.
- Negotiate terms and agreements for partnerships and collaborations.
- Maintain and manage relationships with strategic partners, ensuring mutual benefit and growth.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships and make recommendations for improvement.
Eligibility
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Proven experience as a corporate lawyer, ideally within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of strategic business development and partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English (both written and spoken).
- Resident of Bangalore, Karnataka.
