Details of the Job/Internship

R&D LAW CHAMBERS is opening the position of Lawyer.

This is a full-time on-site role where the person recruited will have to be physically in Ahmedabad. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in appearing the court proceedings and drafting court and other legal documents.

Role and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for independently drafting various court documents and other documents, appearing in court, independently handling and arguing certain matters in the court of law, handling client queries, carrying out research, managing and maintaining files and various other attendant and incidental tasks including clerical tasks.

Eligibility

• Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in legal research preferred.
• Knowledge of Indian laws and legal framework, as well as broad knowledge of commercial laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in law, with a focus on commercial law, preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in appearing in the court of law as well as in independently drafting legal documents.
• Fluent in English and Gujarati.
