Rajan Patel Advocate Associates is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

The Lawyer will be responsible for handling cases related to Property Law, Child Custody, Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Real Estate matters. Day-to-day tasks may include representing clients in court, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and preparing legal documents.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Property Law, Family Law, and Criminal Defense.
• Experience in handling land cases, child custody matters, and criminal trials.
• Knowledge of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
• Legal research and drafting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Experience in Real Estate industry legal matters is a plus.
