Rajan Patel Advocate Associates is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Lawyer will handle a variety of cases including Property Law, Land Cases, Child Custody & Adoption, Family Law, and Criminal Defense. Responsibilities also include providing legal advice in Real Estate matters and representing clients in court.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Property Law, Family Law, and Criminal Defense
• Experience in handling Land Cases and Consumer Protection Act matters
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• LLB degree from a recognized institution

Salary/Stipend
