Rentkar is hiring a Litigation & Legal Operations Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage the company’s legal, documentation, and litigation-related functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize all legal documents, agreements, contracts, and compliance records.
- Draft, review, and update rental agreements, NDAs, and service contracts.
- Ensure legal documentation aligns with company policies and applicable laws.
- Manage escalated customer cases involving fraud, non-payment, or theft.
- File complaints and coordinate with police or authorities when necessary.
- Represent Rentkar in recovery, theft, or fraud-related matters.
- Hire and manage external lawyers and coordinate litigation processes.
- Maintain case progress reports and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Act as company representative for collections and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure compliance in daily operations.
- Develop processes and systems to streamline legal escalations and case tracking.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (LLB preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in litigation management, legal operations, or recovery.
- Knowledge of consumer protection, contract law, and corporate compliance.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable liaising with police, lawyers, and government portals.
- Ability to work independently and manage processes efficiently.
