RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys is hiring an Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle contentious and non-contentious trademark matters.
- Assist in IP litigation and enforcement actions.
- Draft legal documents and provide legal advisory.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments.
- Manage multiple matters and ensure timely completion.
Eligibility
- 5–7 years of experience in an IP law firm or corporate IP department.
- Strong knowledge of law and recent legal developments.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines.
