Samvād: Partners is hiring a Lawyer with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Mumbai for M&A/ PE practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling due diligence, drafting, negotiations and closings for M&A (domestic and cross-border),Private Equity, Joint Venture, Business Transfer,Divestments, etc.
- Drating and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advising clients on general corporate matters.
Eligibility
- LLB (mandatory).
- PQE of 5+ years in corporate law.
- Sould have experience in handling due diligence,drafting, negotiations for M&A and Private Equity.
- Law firm work experience (mandatory).
