Details of the Job/Internship

Samvād: Partners is hiring for the position of Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A, Private Equity, and Joint Venture transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on diverse corporate and transactional matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
• Proven expertise in due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing of M&A and Private Equity transactions.
• Prior experience at a law firm is essential.

Salary/Stipend
