Details of the Job/Internship
Shemrock Group of Schools is hiring a Lawyer with a minimum experience of 5 years to join their head office in Rohini.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and innovative solutions to contractual challenges.
- Represent the organisation in legal matters and manage disputes.
- Maintain corporate records and handle institutional legal issues.
- Advise on matters related to intellectual property and trademark law.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.) with enrolment in the State Bar Council or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate or institutional legal matters.
- Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and contract interpretation.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation, litigation management, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of IP and Trademark Law is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, dispute resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in complex legal scenarios.
