Details of the Job/Internship

Sivana Law is hiring qualified lawyers for the Corporate/ M&A / PE practice area at the Hyderabad office of the Firm. Hiring is for multiple levels and lawyers having post-qualification experience of 1 to 5 years may apply.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves drafting and reviewing various transaction documents / general corporate documents; undertaking legal due diligence; research and drafting opinions/memos.
